We make sure that everyone on the team loves what they do and don’t feel bored after a certain time. We work hard on weekdays and love team-building activities on Saturdays for a few hours. They talk about anything and everything except politics or religious views. We respect all religions and don’t like to hurt anyone in any way possible.
How it all started? (From TeleSales to Own Marketing Agency)
I started as a telesales executive back in 2006. Didn’t get a chance to pursue higher studies due to bad finances but passion to learn new things got me going. The financial crisis couldn’t stop me from getting where I wanted to be. I was first introduced to computers in 2007 and the journey started.
I switched jobs almost every month chasing more money to pay off debts. On this run, I worked for a few IT giants such as Adobe, Microsoft, and HCL Technologies. I didn’t like the idea of working a 9 to 5 job and decided to start something of my own in 2011. My first client was from Sweden (we’re still friends). I started working as a virtual assistant and taught myself new trending technologies. After many years of learning and experience, I decided to expand and hire a team of like minded individuals. Thus, The Digital Peeps.
